She began her professional journey in Corporate and Investment Banking, holding positions at RBC and the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi, with a focus on Operational Risk and Business Planning.

Transitioning to the professional services sector, she specialized in Financial Services Consulting, with a strategic focus on Market Growth and Entry strategies, Target Operating Model (TOM) development, and Organisational Design. Giota has provided strategic advisory services across a wide range of engagements in both the insurance and banking sectors. Her client portfolio includes top-tier insurers, reinsurers, specialist insurance firms, asset managers, corporate and investment banks, fintech and insurtech startups, as well as government institutions.

Her work spans multiple geographies, including the United Kingdom, Ireland, North America, Central Europe, and the Nordics, reflecting her global outlook and expertise in navigating diverse financial ecosystems.
